Lucy is an actor, currently based in London. Working in heritage and education performance, Lucy also works concurrently as a Media Director in TV, film and printed media. Occasionally, Lucy is afforded the luxury of working in the field of her first passion; dance. Lucy has performed and runs historical dance workshops at various locations, most recently at Buckingham Palace.
Like Emma and Olivia, Lucy received her BA at Royal Holloway UL. She received her MA from Drama Centre London. Lucy played Juliet in Romeo and Juliet at Shakespeare’s Globe and Yelenya in Uncle Vanya, at a special performance for the Vakhtangov Theatre in Moscow, Russia.
Emma has worked in the field of second language teaching and research for over eight years.
Her background, which highly influences her teaching, is in theatre, with a BA in Drama and Theater Studies at Royal Holloway, University of London, just like Olivia and Lucy. This led to her love of directing and dramaturgy.
She received her MA in Performance and Culture at Goldsmiths, University of London which led to her interest in that articulation between culture, language, performance and performance texts.
She currently works at a university in Bogotá, Colombia where she teaches writing and text analysis.
Olivia is a dramaturg and currently teaches pre-school in Portland, OR. She discovered her love of theatre on the stages of Boise, ID and later as an apprentice at the Idaho Shakespeare Festival ('04).
Like Lucy and Emma, Olivia completed her undergraduate studies at Royal Holloway University of London. She worked in stage management with Company One in Boston, MA (2009), as well as the Publick Theatre (2010).
In Portland she had the opportunity to study Sanford Meisner Technique.
